The Lungau offers over 150 kilometres of excellently maintained cross-country trails and a very varied cross-country skiing area, both for the sporty, ambitious skater and for the more leisurely "classic" skier. A direct entrance to the cross-country skiing network is located 50 metres from our ALMGUT Mountain Wellness Hotel.

IDYLL MEETS MYSTICISM.
If you are drawn to quiet nature, you will find plenty of it here in the Lungau. No hustle and bustle, no crowds, but endless crystal-clear air and your fresh tracks in the snow. You'll outgrow yourself with every step, for example on a ski tour up the Gumma. The cross-country ski trails around the Prebersee or the Weißpriachtalrunde are idyllic and with a bit of luck a deer will peek out of the winter forest. If you want to make time and metres, the Lignitz high-altitude trail is your place to be. So, wax your skis and head for your ski hotel in Salzburg's Lungau.
